Express departure for football writer

Chief football writer, Harry Harris, has left Express Newspapers group.

Harris, who joined the Daily Express in January 2002 after leaving the Daily Mirror, is understood to be pursuing “other projects in the media and publishing”.

Tim Gow, sports news editor, said a decision on a replacement will be taken in the near future.
