Finn Partners has acquired Washington DC based PR agency Widmeyer Communications.

The latter specialises in public policy issues in areas such as healthcare and education, while Finn Partners specialty sectors include technology, education and global issues.

Widmeyer Communications will continue to be headed by its founder Scott Widmeyer, who takes on the additional title of managing partner at Finn Partners.
