Fishburn Hedges adds advisor expertise

Fishburn Hedges (FH) has confirmed the appointment of an external advisor to work with the agency.
 
Jim Godfrey, who has previously worked as director of corporate affairs at ITV, a special adviser at the DTI (now Department for Business), and most recently as vice president of public affairs, EMEA, at Starbucks, joined the agency this month as an expert advisor.
 
He will be working with FH CEO Fiona Thorne on corporate developments, as well as with a number of agency clients.
 
Thorne commented: “Jim’s ability to think strategically across communication issues and understand political, stakeholder and media audiences dovetails perfectly with our approach. He is already proving to be a great asset internally and with clients.”
 
Godfrey commented: “I’ve known and enjoyed working with Fiona and Fishburn Hedges for over a decade and have been consistently impressed with the breadth of their offering.
