Former Daybreak consumer editor joins Ogilvy Public Relations

Ogilvy Public Relations has appointed Phil Reay-Smith to the newly created role of head of media for Ogilvy PR/London.

Reay-Smith has more than a decade of national press and newsroom experience.  He joins from ITV, where he was formerly consumer editor of Daybreak.
