Former Sun editorial executive Craig MacKenzie has joined London Lite.

MacKenzie joined the paper last week as senior editorial executive, after leaving News International’s Irish Sun at the end of May. He had worked there for nearly four years.

He will now be working for editor Ted Young.

In June, London Lite merged its news desk with its Associated Newspapers stablemate London Evening Standard, leading to some redundancies.
