Four buys retail and luxury PR agency Rain Communications

Four Communications has acquired retail and luxury sector specialist PR agency Rain Communications.

Rain will rebrand as Four Rain, with founder Delia Hyde becoming CEO and joining the Four operating board. The company said it expected Four Rain to work closely with many of its new sister practices.

Four has been expanding aggressively over the past five years, acquiring bgb in 2011, Colman Getty in 2012, Kinross + Render in 2013 and Consolidated PR in 2014. Last year, Four acquired MSA Media, Broadgate Mainland, and Welsh integrated agency FBA.
