Henrietta Clancy, formerly sub-editor at Square Meal, is now available for commissions.
She will be writing across the food, drink and travel sectors covering subjects including cooking, bars, restaurants, cocktails, spirits, wine and beekeeping. Henrietta has recently returned from Beirut and Copenhagen, and is available for commissions on the boutique side of Lebanon’s wine production and the food culture in both cities.
