Fresh Escapes magazine will become a series of recipe books from August this year.

According to a press release from Trojan Publishing, the move is “as a result of market conditions”. The coming Fresh branded books will follow the same ethos of the monthly magazine in their use of “organic, seasonal, ethical and fairtrade products”.

The last edition of the magazine was available on 24 June. The books will initially be available in WHSmith, supermarkets, and a selection of book stores.
