Lancashire-based care group Springhill has appointed Freshfield to manage “an integrated programme of activity” which will include media relations, community engagement, strategic advice and design work.

Paul Tustin, account director at Freshfield, said: “Springhill is a forward thinking business willing to embrace new thinking and some fresh ideas, and we are keen to help the group achieve its business objectives.”

PR and marketing communications consultancy Freshfield was founded in 1998, and its 12 employees and three associates are based in Preston, Lancashire.

Springhill Care Group was founded over 20 years ago by entrepreneur Ken Nolan. and now employs 300 staff, running three homes along with a supported living service, Affinity.
