Golley Slater Central has been appointed to manage the national PR and stakeholder campaign for Chrysalis-Solmotive Ltd.
The appointment follows a three-way competitive pitch process, in which Golley Slater Central impressed with its keen understanding of the automotive industry. The PR team, who were voted Dealer PR agency of the year by retailers Nationwide in this year’s Car Dealer magazine awards, count ŠKODA UK and GKN wheels, amongst its automotive clients.
Chrysalis is a unique web–based tool that provides manufacturers, financiers and dealer staff with information about existing customers who are in a viable position to repurchase. The secure Chrysalis system helps to identify a customer that can walk into the showroom and ‘upgrade’ to another vehicle without an additional deposit or increased monthly payment.
Paul Bennett, sales director for Chrysalis-Solmotive Ltd commented: “We were looking for an agency that understood the automotive space, and us as a business as well as the journey we have been on since establishing the company in 2004.
“What impressed us the most about the team at Golley Slater was their professionalism, creativity and their knowledge of the automotive industry. They provided us with bags of confidence in their ability to deliver.”
Anna Shackleton, head of PR for Golley Slater Central commented: “In the current climate it’s tremendously exciting to be working with a business that really understands the challenges facing retailers, their brand partners and financiers.
“We’re confident Chrysalis-Solmotive Ltd will experience every success with this ground breaking software; and we look forward to raising awareness of their innovative service in the wider business community.”
