Grayling appoints former BBC News journalist Zaiba Malik

Grayling has appointed Zaiba Malik as a director in its corporate and financial practice.

Malik, a former BBC News & Current Affairs and Channel 4 News journalist, will lead Grayling’s media training team and join the UK Crisis Board. She will also provide senior counsel to clients and work closely with the agency’s digital team developing online content.

Malik has reported and produced news and current affairs programmes for media outlets including BBC News, Newsnight, World Service, Channel 4, Radio 4 and The Guardian and presented stories on many sectors including financial and corporate, consumer, health, education and foreign affairs.  

“We are delighted that Zaiba has joined Grayling and brings a real depth of experience from her 15 years in journalism. She will be a huge asset in providing strategic media counsel to our clients, particularly on corporate reputation issues,” said Alison Clarke, CEO UK & Ireland, Grayling.
