Guardian Media Group appoints non-executive director

Guardian Media Group (GMG) has appointed Jennifer Duvalier, executive vice president of people at ARM, as a non-executive director.

Duvalier's role at ARM, the world's leading semiconductor chip intellectual property company, involves managing overall people strategy and activity and also contributing to the development and execution of group strategy. Prior to taking on her present role, Duvalier was group people and culture director for six years at UBM plc, a global events-led marketing and communications services business, and before this was group human resources director for an international media and marketing services group.
