Ham&High announces new appointments

The Hampstead & Highgate Express (Ham & High) has appointed Laura Evans as deputy editor.

Evans, who is currently news editor at the Essex Chronicle, will join the Ham & High from 9 June. She replaces Jeni Connibeer, who left in February.

Katie Masters has joined the Ham & High to cover for features editor Bridget Galton who is currently on maternity leave.

Ed Thomas was appointed news editor in May, following the departure of Matt Eley.

A replacement news editor for the Essex Chronicle has not yet been announced.

The Ham & High series covers Hampstead, Highgate, Marylebone, St Johns Wood and Maida Vale and is published weekly on Thursdays by Archant North London.
