Healthy for Men relaunched

River Publishing is relaunching Healthy for Men for the spring March/April edition.

The bi-monthly magazine will now cover more on healthy lifestyle, race reports and outdoor pursuits, and will secure bigger name sportsman and celebs for interviews and shoots. There will be adventure features, healthy recipes, nutritional advice, sex advice from GQ sex writer Rebecca Newman, financial advice from Telegraph economics columnist Edmund Conway, travel pages, grooming pages, gear/gadget pages and mental health pages.

It plans to be a little more aspirational and humourous, and more vital and vibrant to look at and read.

The relaunch features British extreme climber Leo Houlding on the cover and interviews with Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button on their F1 fitness.

The magazine has a print run of 80,000 and is still 99p. It is available from Holland and Barrett and GNC stores.
