Hearst appoints publisher for Red magazine

Hearst has appointed Becky Gee as publisher for luxury lifestyle brand Red. She will officially start in the newly-created role on 19 August. 

Gee will work closely with Red magazine editor-in-chief Sarah Bailey and group publishing director Ella Dolphin to develop revenue streams and strategic partnerships for the brand. She has previously worked as international fashion director for Grazia, fashion manager at InStyle magazine, and advertising manager at Marie Claire for IPC Media

Gee said of her upcoming role, "I'm looking forward to working with Sarah and Ella as we take Red to the next level."
