Hearst Corporation acquires The National Magazine Company and Hachette Filipacchi

The National Magazine Company and Hachette Filipacchi will combine and rebrand as Hearst Magazines UK following their acquisition by the Hearst Corporation.

Hearst announced its completion of the UK part of its Lagardère international acquisition.

From Hachette Filipacchi, Hearst Magazines UK now has the UK publishing rights to brands such as Elle and Psychologies, as well as the ownership of Red, Inside Soap and more.
