Highland Marketing, a healthcare PR and marketing communications company, has promoted Sarah Bruce to the position of account director.

Bruce joined Highland Marketing in May 2011 as communications and digital media consultant following more than two years as a senior reporter at healthcare IT news site eHealth Insider.

In her new position Bruce will be responsible for managing existing portfolios as well as new accounts, helping them to build and maintain the best possible brand recognition, profile and reputation.  She will also continue to lead on social and digital media for Highland Marketing.
