Healthcare IT company, Carefx, has appointed Highland Marketing.

The US-based company provides technology solutions for nearly 700 hospitals and more than 150,000 care providers across North America and Europe.

Highland Marketing will further raise awareness of Carefx’s products among healthcare providers and clinicians. It will also help promote its portal technology – which brings together patient information from multiple sources and presents it in a single view.

The campaign has kicked off with the announcement that Carefx, partnered with Northgate Managed Services, has been named by the Scottish Government as the preferred bidder for a £6 million deal to deliver, implement and manage a clinical portal for NHS Lothian, NHS Fife, NHS Borders and NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
