Highlight PR is to take charge of PR, social media and events supporting the launch of licensed products from preschool TV programme Tickety Toc.

Tickety Toc is an animated series from Zodiak Kids which has appeared on Channel 5's Milkshake! and Nick Jr. Bath-based Highlight will raise awareness of the series and its characters, as well as supporting the consumer launch with product placement, social media, brand engagement and retail events. The range, which launches in July, comprises toys, publishing, DVD and clothing.
