Hotwire, the international communications consultancy, has been appointed by the Alliance to Save Energy (ASE) as the European PR partner for Energy Efficiency Global 2011 (EE Global).

EE Global is an exclusive global forum that brings together high-level officials from government, business and NGOs focused on the global energy efficiency agenda. EE Global 2011, an official EU Sustainable Energy Week event, will be held in Brussels, Belgium on April 12-14.

Hotwire’s campaign will focus on generating maximum European media exposure of, and attendance at EE Global 2011. Hotwire will work with ASE to ensure that key energy efficiency topics at EE Global 2011 are amplified out to business, NGO and policy decision makers participating in, and following, debates at the conference.

In addition, Hotwire will be promoting the energy efficiency make-over of the US Ambassador’s 230-year-old residence in Brussels. Hotwire will be inviting press attending the conference to the residence on 13 April 2011 to see the energy efficiency technologies installed by some of the world’s leading companies including Schneider Electric, Siemens and Whirlpool.
