Hotwire launches global opt–in digital health initiative

Hotwire has launched a global digital health initiative for all staff.

The communications consultancy has rolled out self-tracking devices, Fitbit Wireless Ultra Trackers, company-wide across the agency’s global offices and 170 staff. The devices help track daily lifestyle so that the user can improve their health, mind and general wellbeing. Hotwire’s opt-in initiative follows staff interest in the technology and the successful deployment of the digital gadget into PR campaigns for clients.

Group CEO of Hotwire, Brendon Craigie commented: “As an agency, the wellbeing and spirit of our staff has always been tantamount to our company ethos and success. The Digital Health initiative is a global and alternative way of staying at the forefront of digital trends that impact our clients and at the same time provide colleagues with the latest technology to enhance wellbeing. Being able to launch this to coincide with the festival of sport currently taking place makes this initiative even more exciting.”
