Hotwire to drive international PR and marketing for Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe

Hotwire, the global integrated PR and communications agency, has been appointed by Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe (FSEU).

Hotwire will be driving and executing an integrated PR and marketing campaign in the EMEA region that aims to create awareness within the electronic developer community, but also in core vertical markets such as automotive, industrial and communications. FSEU has selected Hotwire for its industry knowledge and understanding of the local markets as well as its proven track record in building strategic campaigns that deliver tangible increase in brand awareness for technology companies.

The campaign will mainly focus on FSEU’s core markets. In addition, Hotwire will manage activities in other countries on a project basis. Together with Hotwire, FSEU will bring its marketing and public relations activities to the next level by focusing on thought leadership and increasing the brand’s visibility beyond pure electronic media.

For this campaign, Hotwire is teaming up with Geyer Gestaltung, Werbung & Kommunikation, a specialist agency that will provide counsel with regards to design and marketing. The entire international Hotwire team will be coordinated by the German Hotwire team under the supervision of associate director Florian Hohenauer.

“We have had an extremely long-standing and positive relationship with our previous agencies, but after more than 25 years and changing requirements, we felt it was time for a new approach,” commented Mark Ellins, senior director of common technologies & functions at FSEU. “We are confident that Hotwire will help us achieve our goal to establish the FSEU brand beyond our core industry sectors.”

Commenting on the news, Florian Hohenauer added: “We are delighted that FSEU has chosen Hotwire to promote its innovative solutions. Advanced semiconductors are at the heart of the latest technological trends, revolutionising the way we live. This, along with the fact that we have been appointed to completely revisit FSEU’s communication strategy, gives us the ideal springboard to devise an impactful integrated PR and marketing campaign.”
