Inside Housing has appointed Alex Wellman as deputy website editor, covering for Emily Twinch while she is on maternity leave.

Wellman will be in charge of news content on the website while also writing stories about asylum and repairs and maintenance. Previously he was chief reporter on the Hackney Gazette.
