Convergent Science Physical Oncology, a journal focusing on physical oncology and aimed at researchers, will launch in March 2015.

Published by IOP Publishing, the quarterly journal will include sections on biosignatures, therapeutics, treatments and interventions, theoretical and experimental modelling, the spatial and temporal evolution of cancer, patient-oriented science and perspectives. It is edited by four founding editors: Carole Baas, Kelly Bethel, Peter Kuhn and Jorge Nieva.
