By Staff

3rd July 2014

ITV News political editor Tom Bradby will front the network's general election coverage on 7 May next year.

In the lead-up to the election, ITV will broadcast twice-weekly live editions of topical discussion programme The Agenda. Bradby will be joined by high profile political leaders and a range of cultural guests to debate the big issues.

ITV News anchor Alastair Stewart will present coverage the day after the election, analysing the results and focusing on the formation of the government.

Julie Etchingham, News at Ten co-anchor and host of Tonight, will chair the Leaders' Debate, should it take place as it did in 2010.
