One of the UK’s leading distributors and installers of renewable energy technology, Segen, has today appointed Jargon PR to manage their corporate reputation throughout the UK media.

Jargon PR’s brief is to raise awareness of Segen throughout the national and trade press, communicating the expertise the company has in Solar Photovoltaic, Wind Turbines, Micro-Hydro and Solar Thermal renewable technologies. As well as driving awareness of Segen with MCS Certified Installers, the agency will focus on positioning Segen within the national media to comment on industry wide developments.

Andy Pegg, CEO at Segen said, “We wanted an up-and-coming agency with the enthusiasm and passion to drive us forwards in the media. The renewable energy market has taken off in the past few months. Segen will continue to grow in the coming years, we chose Jargon PR as an agency that can grow with us.”

Simon Corbett, Managing Director & Founder of Jargon PR said, “Renewable energy is one of the big issues in the UK right now. Segen adds a significant amount of value as they distribute renewable energy technologies to installers throughout the UK. We are delighted to be able to help them communicate this to the wider market.”

The campaign will be run by a team of four and will be led by Simon Corbett, founder and managing director of Jargon Public Relations.
