Johnston Press launches central investigations team
Johnston Press has formed a central investigations team across its national and regional titles. The team has produced the report ‘Drive For Justice’, a campaign for tougher sentencing for dangerous drivers. Investigative reporter Aasma Day from the Lancashire Evening Post leads the team, which also includes Chris Burn, Cahal Mimo, Ruby Kitchen, Ben Fishwick, Philip Bradfield and Tim Robinson. The campaign has been featured in national daily The i paper as well as in multiple regional dailies and weeklies across the group, with more coverage planned over the coming days and weeks.
