Katie Nixon has been promoted to acting editor on three medical titles.

Nixon, a journalist on Scottish Chemist Review, Ulster Chemist Review and Northern Ireland Medical Review, is covering the duties of editor Kelly-Jo Eastwood while she is on maternity leave. Eastwood is expected to return at the end of February.

SCR and UCR are monthly magazines published by Medical Communications and Island Productions for the pharmaceutical industry. NIMR, also published by Medical Communications, is a quarterly general practice magazine.
