Komodo PR & Digital, a division of The Reptile Group, has been appointed by gym equipment provider York Fitness to handle its PR and social media in the UK.

Specialising in helping companies deal with change, Komodo will be working with York Fitness to explore new ways to build advocacy amongst consumers and gyms in the UK, through a programme that incorporates media relations, sponsorship and social media activity.

Also part of Komodo’s brief will be to harness York Fitness’ relationships with leading athletes and sportspeople, including professional boxers, sports teams and Olympic hopefuls, to promote the York Fitness brand and its products, such as its ‘Famously Fit’ range.
