Iekiosk, an iPad app in France, has appointed Diffusion to lead its UK launch.

lekiosk allows users to browse, sample, and purchase titles from a rotating British-style 3D newsstand. Around 100 titles are available to consumers at the time of launch, including publishers such as the BBC, Condè Nast and Dennis.

The launch campaign will adopt a two pronged approach, with one side focusing on trade outreach to help drive new publisher sign ups, and the other side concentrating on consumer coverage to drive downloads. A key objective throughout the campaign will be elevating the lekiosk app as a platform that offers the best, seamless user experience, as well as ongoing promotion of its 10 magazines for £10 bundle.
