Lincolnshire Echo appoints full-time editor

Lincolnshire Echo has appointed Charles Walker as editor. Walker, who has been acting editor while Melanie West is on maternity leave, has now been appointed to the role on a full-time basis.

West has been confirmed as head of niche publications for Lincolnshire Media and will take up the role when she returns from her maternity leave, likely to be early next year.
