London Live unveils key members of launch team
London Live, the Evening Standard’s TV channel which will offer rolling news, sport, arts, drama and more, has announced key appointments to its launch team.
Stefano Hatfield, currently editor of i, has been appointed as editorial director reporting to the channel's chief executive, Andrew Mullins.
Jane Mote, former chief executive of Current TV, has been named as programmer director. Mote previously worked for BBC London.
Jay Kandola, former ITV director of acquisitions, has been hired as a consultant and will act as director of acquisitions.
Its chief operating officer is Tim Kirkman.
Hatfield will remain as editor of i until a replacement has been appointed.
