Findlay Media’s Eureka has appointed Matt Bailey as deputy editor.

Bailey was previously a freelance journalist editing the IT titles VitAL (IT business and IT service management) and TEST (for software testers) for 31 Media as well as working on a range of other B2B titles on a freelance basis. Before 31 Media he worked at Nexus, DMG and Sayers Publishing in a range of editorial roles.
