Matt Martin joins VG247 as editor

VG247 has appointed Matt Martin as editor, taking over the role of founder Patrick Garratt.

Martin has spent over seven years working on trade website GamesIndustry.biz, most recently as European editor.  

This month the site will also reveal a redesign as it continues to cover video game news and features.

Garratt moves into the role of publisher.
