Metro launches ‘Connect’ and other sections

Metro has launched 'Connect', a dedicated weekly section covering technology, gadgets, games and apps, in a six-month partnership with Carphone Warehouse.

'Connect' features paid for, co-created editorial content including sections such as 'Lust list', 'Ask Carphone' and technology round-ups, every Friday.

Additionally, Metro has reshuffled its weekly dedicated sections. On Mondays, 'Escape' covers travel, books and culture; on Tuesdays, 'Eat' offers recipe ideas, diet advice, accessories wish list and reports; on Wednesdays, 'Scene' features film, TV and music news and reviews; and on Thursdays, 'Life & Style' remains as the fashion, sex, health and beauty section.
