PR and marketing group MyJam Communications has appointed Derek Bulmer, former editor of Great Britain and Ireland’s Michelin Guide, as a consultant.

Bulmer will provide MyJam’s clients with over 30 years experience and knowledge of the food and hospitality industry and particularly the British restaurant scene.

Bulmer said: “MyJam Communications are a passionate and dynamic PR and Marketing agency and I am very excited about sharing my knowledge of the industry with the team there. In my new role I hope to continue to develop my relationship with many of the chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers I have visited regularly over the years.”
