The Midlothian Advertiser is to relocate to Johnston Press’ head office in Holyrood.

The weekly newspaper is currently based in Dalkeith High Street in Midlothian. The move will take place on 22 June.

In an announcement made to readers on the Advertiser’s website, editor Jo Robinson said, “We will continue to represent your interests at public meetings; to visit schools, homes, businesses and community organisations; and to champion the cause of local issues.”

There are no changes to staff, phone numbers or email addresses.
