Independent PR consultancy Midnight Communications has been appointed by both Sky Sports and The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (also known as R3).

Midnight has been retained by Sky Sports to handle the second annual Student of the Year Awards 2011, which celebrate the successful way secondary schools across the UK are using sport to inspire young people, thanks to their involvement in Sky Sports Living for Sport.

The b2b PR agency will be encouraging entries from pupils and teachers in twelve regions across the UK and will be stage managing the event at a leading sporting venue in 2012.

R3 has also appointed Midnight to handle its communications. The consultancy’s role will be to direct distressed individuals and businesses in London and the south east to R3 who will help them find the most appropriate professional help.
