Mirror to launch celebrity website

The Daily Mirror is aiming to increase its presence in the online celebrity gossip world with the launch of a new website based on its 3am column.

The Mirror is launching in a bid to tap into the increasing consumer demand for reading up-to-the-minute celebrity gossip online.

The launch of the website marks the first time that 3am content has been used as a standalone brand. Until now it has only been available on the website and as a supplement with the Daily Mirror newspaper. will provide 24-hour celebrity news, video and blogs.
