Camilla Long, previously features director of Conde Nast’s Tatler magazine, has joined the Sunday Times Style section.

James Ashton is joining The Sunday Times as media and telecoms editor next week. Ashton was previously chief city correspondent at the Daily Mail.

The Sunday Times business reporter, Matthew Goodman, has additionally taken on the pharmaceuticals beat.

Simon Duke has joined the Daily Mail city desk, covering media, telecoms and technology. He was formerly a reporter at Thomson Financial News.

The Daily Telegraph political correspondent, Brendan Carlin, is leaving to join The Mail on Sunday. Rosa Prince will be replacing Carlin as political correspondent.

Emma Wall has been appointed personal finance researcher at The Daily Telegraph.

Tim Webb has been hired by The Observer as industrial editor. Webb moves from The Independent where he was deputy business editor.

Jon Boone, previously the FT education correspondent, is now Kabul correspondent.
