The Western Morning News has appointed Liz Parks as business editor.

Parks will begin the role on 3 August and replaces Emma Corlett, who leaves the paper on 31 July to join regional law firm Bond Pearce from 1 September.

Corlett may be contacted during August through Liz Parks or Catherine Barnes, deputy business editor.
