Newcastle Evening Chronicle editor resigns
Paul Robertson, editor of the Newcastle Evening Chronicle, is to leave the paper next month after eight years as editor.
Robertson is moving on to “seek fresh challenges” after nearly 22 years at NCJ, where he was also editor of the Teesside Evening Gazette, deputy editor of Newcastle’s The Journal, and where he is currently editorial executive for Trinity North-East.
A replacement is yet to be announced.
