Northcliffe’s Gloucestershire Media group has launched Stroud Life, a free weekly newspaper.

Stroud Life will be put together by The Citizen Gloucester’s Stroud reporters.

It has a dedicated section on the website www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk, which features breaking news, sport, chat forums, Eco Stroud – an environment section, and will also include a video service, Stroud TV.

The newspaper has the slogan ‘Proud of Stroud’ and aims to reflect this in the content.

The free newspaper will initially be distributed with The Citizen and will also be available to pick up in local businesses, rail stations, post offices and leisure centres.
