Northcliffe Media appoints editor-in-chief

Northcliffe Media have named Frank le Duc as editor-in-chief of one of its South East subsidiaries, East Surrey and Sussex News and Media (ESSNM).

Le Duc will oversee the Surrey Mirror Series as well as the Croydon Advertiser, Crawley News and East Grinstead Courier and Observer.

He replaces Ian Carter, who is now editorial director at the Kent Messenger. Le Duc was previously deputy editor of The Argus, Brighton and has also worked at The Times newspaper.
