Travel and lifestyle agency Rooster PR has been appointed by NowSendit to develop and activate a B2B PR campaign in the UK.

Launching in May 2012, NowSendit is a unique online customer experience tool. It allows customers to click a simple button on a company’s website, enter their mobile number and receive all the contact details for the company straight to their mobile phone in a text message. Customers also receive a map and directions, plus other useful information such as opening times, photos and social media links, all available to access with one tap.

NowSendit makes it as simple as possible for customers browsing a company’s website to have the company’s contact details exactly where they want them – on their mobile phone – where they are instantly accessible and portable. Once the details have been sent to the mobile, they can be saved easily, encouraging repeat business.

“NowSendit is a simple concept but it’s an essential tool for any business that cares about the customer experience,” says Alex Heys, head of marketing and product development at NowSendit. “It makes it easier for customers to grab a company’s full contact details and find their location, and increases the opportunity for repeat business. That’s a powerful combination.”

“There is so much opportunity to promote this new product within the travel and leisure sectors and beyond,” adds James Brooke, managing director of Rooster PR. “NowSendit is a straightforward concept but essential to any business looking to move customers from online to offline interaction.”
