Palamedes PR appointments
Palamedes PR has been appointed by India Dining and Doodle Do Clothing.
The agency will be responsible for a UK publicity drive for start-up Doodle Do Clothing, and will continue its work with restaurant India Dining, who it has worked with since 2009.
