Paul Baxendale-Walker has acquired Loaded magazine.
There are plans to launch two Loaded television channels as well as revamping the magazine with more adult content.
Baxendale-Walker is the owner of Bluebird Productions, a maker of x-rated films, as well as Blue Media Group, which publishes a top-shelf magazine.
Loaded was previously published by Vitality.
