SodaStream has appointed Pelican PR to promote the environmental benefits of its fizzy drinks machine.

Pelican’s specialist sustainability team will support Frank PR, which is handling the overall UK launch of SodaStream.

SodaStream relaunched in the UK earlier this year.

Pelican’s MD Michael Bennett said: “Consumers are increasingly concerned about the environmental impact of what they buy. Because it uses tap water and minimal packaging SodaStream has a strong sustainability story to tell.”

Bennett launched Pelican in 1998 as a specialist consultancy dedicated to the recycling and sustainability, packaging, food and drink and outdoor sectors.
