Plus 1 Digital, a digital solutions agency, has acquired AKH Communications, the London PR agency for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Hampton Court Palace Festival.

The company will rebrand and be called Plus 1 Communications – becoming a fully integrated communications agency offering both PR and digital marketing solutions.

In addition, Plus 1 Communications will also launch an office in Dubai to complement existing offices in London and Mumbai.

The deal will see managing director of Plus 1 Digital Karen Lane (pictured right) become group managing director of Plus 1 Communications, based in the London. Founder of AKH Communications Anna Hope (pictured left) will become managing director of Plus 1 Communications in Dubai, and will also oversee the PR division in London.
