Profile Plus rebrands to Freshwater

Leading Scottish PR agency Profile Plus has today (20th October 2011) rebranded to take the name of its award-winning parent company Freshwater.

Headquartered in Cardiff, Freshwater is the UK’s second largest PR agency outside London and the only agency with offices in the four capital cities of the UK.

Profile Plus, established in 1997 by managing director Robyn Glynne-Percy, will join the existing Glasgow team in operating under the Freshwater Scotland banner, but will retain its offices in Leith, Edinburgh.

The team of five currently work with a range of clients including: the Cameron House Hotel; Martin Wishart’s The Honours; Castle MacLellan Foods; Primula; the Drambuie Liqueur Company; Ian Macleod Distillers; and Four Seasons Hotel.

Acquired by the Freshwater group in March 2010, Profile Plus joins Belfast and Dublin-based Freshwater NI & ROI (formerly Life Communications) as the latest in a series of recent rebrands during 2011.

This change marks the end of a number of acquisitions for Freshwater since 2004, as all its 9 offices will now trade under the one brand, with a Freshwater presence in every region of the UK and Ireland.

Along with the existing London team and Freshwater NI & ROI, Profile Plus will form part of Freshwater’s evolving consumer, lifestyle and retail business and new brand communications offering.
